Neal was born and raised in Ramseur, NC and continues to reside there with his wonderful wife, Sara Beth, and their kids. Neal graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2002 with a double major in Information Technology and Finance. He joined the IWP team in 2021 after working in another industry for most of his career. Although transitioning from one industry to another was daunting, Neal has found that taking on this new challenge has been very rewarding. 

When Neal isn’t supporting his team and serving his customers, he enjoys spending time with his family, being active in his church, and enjoying outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing and working on the family farm.
